When purchasing one of our transmissions you will be charged for the core during the initial transaction. The cost can range from $100 - $1000 based on the core. (For more information please contact your Sales Associate.) To help insure our quality and pricing, it is required that we receive an identical core in return for each transmission delivered. You will receive a return bill of landing with instructions for returning your core when you receive your remanufactured transmission. It is important that the container and Torque Converter with bracket is returned to avoid charge backs. If you have any questions, please call Andy Poore at 616.748.5721.

Instructions to Return Core for Refund:

1) Core returned must be the identical part number as what was furnished to you, unless we agreed to another option at the time of your order.

2) The Torque Converter and Torque Converter Bar must be on the core and must be identical part number as what we sent you.

3) All shipping brackets furnished on the new unit must be returned on the core in the container the new unit was shipped in.

4) Any disassembled core returned will be inspected when received and will be charged for any missing hard parts.

5) Core must be returned within 30 days to receive core refund unless you contact us for an extension.

If any of the instructions included with our new unit are not followed or returned with excessive damage, the core deposit may not be refunded in part or full (i.e. broken or melted transmission core).
