All European remanufactured transmissions come standard with our 2 year unlimited mileage Parts and Labor Warranty. All other remanufactured transmissions come standard with our 2 year, 24,000 mileage Parts and Labor Warranty.

If your transmission should fail during the Warranty Period we will pay for necessary repairs up to $55 per hour times the Mitchell rate, up to $500 maximum per incident as long as the repairs are performed by a licensed repair facility. Warranty includes removal and reinstall if necessary. (For information on available extended warranties, please speak to your Sales Associate.)

If we believe that problems have occurred due to faulty installation, we will ask that the transmission be returned to us for inspection by one of our technicians. If this occurs, we will pay ground shipping both ways. Claims that result from accident, alteration, abuse, neglect, improper installation or maintenance shall void the warranty.
