All clutches, bands, bushings, drive chain and seals, are replaced when we remanufacture a transmission and are not charged to the customer. Core Return Policy If you are unsure of the quality of any core you have upon ordering a unit, we are able to pick up your unit, inspect the core and give you a cost to remanufacture it. We can custom build your Transmission upon your request (additional charge may apply).
We do not just replace the worn out parts as most rebuilders do, but in fact, remanufacture every part in the transmission.
All valve bodies are remanufactured and upgraded as well as electronics that are internal to the transmission.
We upgrade all units to current factory specifications, unlike other companies. We do not rebuild. We remanufacture.
When purchasing one of our transmissions, you will be charged for the core during the initial transaction. The cost is based on the core. To help insure our quality and pricing, it is required that we receive an identical remanufacturable core in return for each transmission delivered. You will receive a return bill of lading with instructions for returning your core when you receive your remanufactured Transmission. Cores must be tagged with the tag attached to your remanufactured Transmission.
Instructions To Return Core For Core Deposit
1) Any unit returned with a broken case will receive 50% of the core value.
2) Core returned must be the identical part number as what was furnished to you, unless we agree to another option at the time of your order.
3) The Torque Converter must be returned with the transmission core and must be identical part number as what we sent you.
4) All shipping brackets furnished on new unit must be returned on the core.
5) Any disassembled core returned will be inspected when received and will only be granted a partial core refund. The amount refunded will be assessed on an individual basis. Cores that have been disassembled and reassembled will be accepted.
6) Core must be returned within 15 days to receive core refund, unless you contact us for an extension.
Return Policy for Ebay Customers
1) Any unit returned with excessive damage, the core deposit will not be refunded in full or part, i.e., broken or melted transmission case, differential, geartrain is considered excessive damage.
2) Core returned must be the identical part number as what was furnished to you, unless we agree to another option at the time of your order.
3) The Torque Converter must be returned with the transmission core and must be identical part number as what we sent you.
4) All shipping brackets furnished on new unit must be returned on the core.
5) Any disassembled core returned will be inspected when received and will only be granted a partial core refund. The amount refunded will be assessed on an individual basis. If there are missing or badly damaged parts we will charge you at our cost for each item that we cannot remanufacture. Cores that have been disassembled and reassembled will be accepted.
