At RoadMaster Transmission Service, Inc., the final step in our remanufacturing process is Dyno testing your transmission on one of the most advanced testing machines in the market today, the Axi-Line Dyno.
The Axi-Line Dyno allows us to run the transmission at full operating temperature through all of its shift cycles. The Dyno is powered by a GM 3800 engine supplying more than enough power to run your transmission through all of the tests that are listed below.
The transmission is checked for proper cooler line, cooler pressure and all available pressures are recorded for the history file of your transmission. Like other transmission testers that are on the market today, our Dyno simulates actual load conditions on the transmission, as if it were in the vehicle. We know your remanufactured transmission will arm just like it was in the vehicle.
The transmission is checked for noise in the gear train as well as leaks at this time. |
