The Sol-X solenoid tester and flusher allows us to hydraulically check all solenoids by setting input and output pressures for each solenoid that is flushed and tested. All oil flows of the solenoids and oil temperature are digitally measured in the flushing and testing process to ensure solenoids meet OEM May. This also aids in the diagnosis of failures that could be related to solenoids. There is no solenoid left un-tested at RoadMaster Transmission Service, Inc. There are some transmissions that require new upgraded solenoids as part of our upgrade package when that transmission is remanufactured. |
