The Answermatic VBT 4000 (Valve Body Tester) is just one piece of modem technology to help us guarantee that you are getting the finest remanufactured transmission in the industry.

The VBT 4000 allows the technician to pre-run the valve body of the transmission.  This unit simulates actual road conditions by delivering up to 300 PSI of regulated heated transmission fluid.  Trouble shooting thermal problems of "it only does it when hot".

All of this is done to fully exercise purge and test the valve body before the transmission is fully Dyno tested by RoadMaster Transmission Service, Inc.  We are able to find virtually any valve body related problem with the VBT 4000 tester!

The VBT 4000 allows us to also hydraulically check all circuits, e.g., bands and clutch packs of the transmission for retained oil pressure that the respected circuit held and it recorded in our computer history file for the remanufactured unit that we have built for you.
